Activated Charcoal’s negative charge draws out dirt, oil, and bacteria from the skin and tightens pores. Olive leaf‘s beneficial nutrients are both anti-inflammatory and astringent to the skin. Jojoba oil‘s antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects may inhibit acne. Niacinamide (a form of Vitamin B3) may decrease oil production and soothe inflammation. Plant Based. Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil Golden Organic is a USDA certified organic cold pressed oil from the seeds of the desert shrub Simmondsia chinensis. Jojoba oil is not a typical vegetal triglyceride oil, but rather an array of liquid wax esters. It has very good effects on the skin, acting as a moisturizer and emollient agent to improve skin elasticity and suppleness. Antiinflammatory & noncomedogenic (won't clog your pores).

Niacinamide is the active form of Vitamin B3. A safe, nonirritating cosmeceutical ingredient which research shows can offer a number of benefits in improving the appearance of aged and photodamaged skin and improve skin moisturization. While its precise mechanism of action is not clear, clinical studies have shown topical niacinamide to be effective in improving skin texture and the appearance of hyperpigmented spots, with improvement in red blotchiness and the reduction of the severity of fine lines. It has been shown to stimulate collagen synthesis and production of ceramide, a lipid compound that contributes to the functional and structural integrity of the skin barrier.

Olea europaea (Olive leaf powder) Olive leaf is high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Olive leaf powder contains flavonoids and oleanolic acid, which stimulate the production of collagen, and may helps to heal wounds. Olive leaf powder has anti-inflammatory & astringent properties while providing gentle exfoliation in masks.

Activated Charcoal Hardwood. Activated charcoal may help remove impurities and dirt from the skin, improving its texture and appearance. Activated charcoal may help unclog pores and remove dead skin cells by binding to bacteria and toxins. This may help reduce the appearance of enlarged pores.

Tocopherols Mixed 95% (Vitamin E) serves two important functions: to protect the product formulation or carrier oil from degradation and, once applied to skin to protect skin cells from the adverse effects of free radicals. Vitamin E is a powerful biological antioxidant, reacting primarily with reactive oxygen species and playing an important role in photoprotection, reducing UV-induced free radical damage to the skin.

Mix your own clay mask by combining 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of clay mask powder with 3 teaspoons of water (or more stirring) until a soft gelled paste forms.
Apply mask to clean dry skin on face avoiding eyes, nostrils, and mouth.
Leave on skin for up to 20 minutes (always remove mask while damp before it dries to the powder or cracking stage on skin).
Take time to relax.
Prior to removal(optional) you can enjoy additional exfoliation by gently massaging the moist mask onto skin with a moistened cloth.
Rinse thoroughly to remove & gently dry skin.
Mask can be used up to two times a week.

    This green face mask does exactly what it’s supposed to do: it actually clarifies my skin, visibly tightening and minimizing pores. I’ve used different face masks for years. This one is the best. Not only does it produce results (as do all WaterWiseBeauty products), but it’s clean, pure, free of additives and toxic ingredients, feels earthy and true. And you don’t need much of the powder to mix with water in order to make the mask; the quantity of green powder in this product lasts quite a long time. I use it several times a week. My facial skin has never looked better. I recommend it without hesitation.
